This vinyl LP pressing of Ultra by Depeche Mode features the band’s ninth studio album, originally released in April 1997. Ultra marked a pivotal moment for the English electro-pop band, being their first album recorded as a trio following the departure of Alan Wilder. It was also the first time the band returned to the studio as a three-piece since their 1982 album A Broken Frame. Ultra showcases Depeche Mode’s continued evolution, blending dark, atmospheric synths with introspective lyrics.
