In the 15th century, Portuguese explorers discovered a beautiful island during a voyage
of the world, and named it Formosa.Living on this beautiful island are people who are friendly and
genuine. They like to sing, respect the Universe and Nature, and fraternize with wild animals.
Even now, their descendant still like singing, using this to spread their ancient legends and to
tell about their belief in love.

UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) only exist in legends. But for the people of Formosa, UMA
represents the connection between human beings and Nature. UMA is the song of Formosa, the song
of good wishes for truth and for love. They believe UMA is more than legend and a product of
imagination. Sincerely inviting you to experience the touching voice from Formosa : the island
of truth and love.
